Delivery Information
Standard delivery price is listed on all product pages.
The dispatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Sunday to Friday, 9am- 9pm (Friday until 12/ 2pm).
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. Each separate product ordered has its own delivery price, stated on that product page.
If you have ordered items that will not be ready within the delivery time stated, we'll call you to discuss delivery.
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable.
We cannot guarantee delivery to a number of remote places, namely Eilat, and in the far north. Please contact an IsraelMall Sales Representative to determine if your location qualifies.
On rare occasions some items may be delivered outside of the published timed windows.
For international delivery, please allow an extra week to 10 days for delivery.
E-Gift Certificates
At IsraelMall, we try and think of everything. We've even provided e- gift certificates, in case you don't know what the perfect gift is. We offer the certificates in a range of amounts, from 75 ILS all the way to 360 ILS.
How it Works
When you order an e- gift certificate for someone, all you need to do is give us their email address, and a message (if you choose), in the Comments section of your order. We take care of the rest, by sending a notification email to your recipient, with detailed instructions on how to use their gift. And best of all, our gift certificates don't expire!
Gift Giving Etiquette
Buying off a registry
If buying a gift from a registry list seems odd to you -- because they won't be surprised or because it seems "unoriginal" put your fears to rest. Couples create their registries to make gift giving convenient for their guests, and take guess work out of the process.

Shipping versus bringing the gift to the wedding
Arriving at the wedding without a gift in hand is by no means a breach of etiquette. In fact, it is probably easier for the couple if you have the gift delivered to them before or after the event; as they will be so busy handling countless details on their wedding day.

Buying a gift after the wedding
It is most polite to send a wedding gift before or soon after the wedding. If time passes and you've not sent a gift, it's not too late. The couple will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.
Track Your Order
To check your order status, just click on the My Account link at the top of the page, sign in and then see Overview.
  • Pending means your order hasn't been processed yet.
  • Processing means your order has been charged and processed.
  • Delivered means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming dispatch. From this time it will take up to several business days to receive the item, depending on the nature of the order. If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. 
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

Return Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days, and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. We do not refund the original delivery price.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized items. For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, personal grooming products, children’s car seats, CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software or videos.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our Customer Service team on +972 52 714 4428 any time between 9am and 9pm, Sunday through Thursday, or send an email to customerservice@israelmall.co.il . Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
