- How far in advance of the wedding should we register?
In general, two to three months before your wedding is the ideal time to begin registering at IsraelMall. Our buyers continually travel the world, shopping for new and exciting merchandise that is constantly being added to our assortment. Therefore, you may want to check in with us regularly to see what's new to add to your registry.
- Do we have to choose our entire list of gifts in one visit?
No. Maybe you don't have the time, or you may not want to make your decisions all at once. You can add, delete or update your registry at any time, by simply signing in to your registry account.
- How can my family and friends access my registry?
Our online Bridal & Gift Registry makes accessing your registry easy and convenient. Family and friends need only click on the Give a Gift category, and a list of registries will appear. By clicking on your name, they can view your list, and make their purchases.
- What if I receive duplicate gifts?
We'll make every effort to keep your registry current. However, sometimes when purchases are made, family and friends may forget to inform us that their purchase is from a gift registry. In the event you receive duplicate gifts, simply exchange them and we'll be glad to help you select another gift, or accommodate you in any way we can.
- What if I want to exchange gifts?
After your gifts have been purchased, and the wedding's over, we give you the option of reviewing your list, and exchanging any gifts you did receive, for ones you didn't but would rather have.
- How will people purchasing gifts know where to send them?
The gifts will be shipped directly to you; we will send it to the address you specified on your registry. Family and friends don't need to have that information when making purchases; we supply the information for them! If you don't have a permanent address in Israel yet, don't worry; IsraelMall will hold all the gifts for you until you have found your new home.
- How do I let everyone know I'm registered at IsraelMall?
It's easy! Let us do it for you! After you have chosen items on your registry, we give you the option of having us send an e-mail to your friends and family announcing your registry at IsraelMall. All you have to do is tell us who to send it to, and we do the rest! You can also include an announcement in your wedding invitations, when you have them printed out.
